We are very proud to have Jonny Peacham as our Head Chef at White Salt.
Jonny joined the White Salt team in February 2018 and originates from East Sussex in the UK. He brings with him a wealth of experience.
His love of cooking began in High School in Western Australia and since then he has gained his experience in the kitchens of Joondalup Resort, Hayman Island, Pavilion in the Park in Sydney, The Grove, Hertfordshire, UK, Frazer Suites in Perth where he worked closely with Pete Evans and The Hamptons, City Beach.
Jonny has also led the huge kitchen brigade at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, the largest production kitchen in the southern hemisphere.
Jonnny’s cooking philosophy is to produce fresh, healthy, sustainable, tasty dishes across all cooking styles and to train his team to a high standard, instilling his passion for cooking into the next generation. He sees the current emphasis on healthy cooking and clean living continuing in WA.
We welcome Jonny to White Salt and we look forward to working with him to ensure that White Salt continues to be The Premier dining experience along our fabulous coast.
